Girls in Action (GA's) is a mission's discipleship class we offer here at Warrensville Baptist Church. This class is for girls in 1st grade through 6th grade. GA's started as Girls Auxiliary back in 1913. The name was changed to Girls in Action in 1970.

Through this class, girls learn about, pray for, give to, and do mission work. The GA's learn and sing songs, perform skits, and do puppet shows to be active participants in Youth Sundays.  These activities teach our children scripture in a way they enjoy and remember. The girls learn the GA motto, the GA pledge, and the Scripture and Lifestyle Verses. These are more than just pledges and scriptures; it's the way we teach our children to live. Proverbs 22:6 says: "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

GA's meet every Wednesday night at the church in the fellowship hall during adult Bible study from 7:15 pm until 8:00 pm.  If you are a girl in 1st grade through 6th grade, please come and join the GA's on Wednesday nights. We would love to have you!
GA Motto: Go Forward!
GA Pledge: As a GA, I will do my best to live a mission's lifestyle that honors God by learning about missions, praying for missions, doing missions, and participating in the work of the church.
GA Scripture Verse: "Give thanks to the Lord.  Worship Him.  Tell the nations what he has done. Announce how honored He is." Isaiah 12:4
GA Lifestyle Verse: "The Lord has shown you what is good. He has told you what he requires of you. You must love others faithfully. And you must be very careful to live the way your God wants you to." Micah 6:8
